BOOKING TERMS AND INFORMATION:

Before booking an appointment and paying a deposit, please read the terms below, as paying a deposit is agreeing to these terms.

LATE POLICY:

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please be aware that we may not be able to carry out your appointment, as this may interrupt other bookings. The deposit will be taken and we will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

Appointments are only provisionally booked until a deposit has been received. Once payment has cleared for the deposit, your appointment will be confirmed by your artist.

Deposits must be received no later than 72 hours of the appointment date, otherwise your provisional booking will be cancelled without notice.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:

Once an appointment date and time has been agreed with your artist, they will send you payment details of how to send the deposit.

Your artist will confirm once the payment has cleared.

Deposits come off the total amount on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please kindly note we operate a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your appointment, we will take the cancellation deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
